Job Description-Project Manager
Position: Project Manager
Location: China

Functional Area: large scale offshore project management
Reports to Dept.Mgr.
Responsibility:
Lead the planning and execution of project
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Requirements:

Job Description-Proposal Manager
Position: Proposal Manager
Location: China
Industry: Oil and Gas, Mine，Energy, Infrastructure
Functional Area: Contract and Tender management
Reports to Business and Marketing Department Mgr. and General Manager
Responsibility:
The proposal manager reviews requests for proposals (RFPs); develops proposal plans, outlines and schedules; and prepares questions for the potential client. For each proposal effort, he assembles and reviews the efforts of an appropriate team of partners, consultants, subcontractors, writers, editors, illustrators, desktop publishers, proofreaders and quality control and print reproduction personnel. He guides proposal team writers and financial analysts in preparing the technical and cost components of the proposal, including understanding of the task, plan, past performance and personnel. He reviews proposal draft and final versions for responsiveness to RFP, thoroughness, accuracy, staffing, financial considerations, quality and effective design and layout. After the each proposal submission, the proposal manager leads post-proposal efforts such as negotiations; contract start-up briefings and "proposal lessons learned" staff meetings.
Requirements:
1. The proposal manager should have a bachelor's degree. It can be in English or in a field closely related to the business of the company. An MBA is a plus.
2. The proposal manager has at least 15 years of direct experience producing proposals for opportunities in Oil and Gas industry.

In the role of Structural Engineer / Technician your role will involve the following tasks:
- Analysing & documenting capacities for main load carrying elements in structural steel

Senior Instrument Engineer sought for a 12 month contract assignment based in Stavanger.
In the role of Senior Instrument Engineer you will be involved in the following:
- Ensuring the systems are updated in accordance to applicable standards, regulations & governing documentation
- Possibly being the weight responsible, including updating the MTO’s and/or instrument index/registers
- Instrument field design/engineering (equipment, JB’s, tubing & fittings, cables & trays and routing etc.) including making and updating drawings.
- Design responsible on Instrument and specialist in 2D-CAD/Microstation drafting & 3D-PDMS modelling.
- Input into the installation (onshore & offshore) job packages & job cards for the instrument construction activities.
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Instrument Engineer should have the following:
