Executive, Project Operations
Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
· Assist in carrying out feasibility study on project cargoes activities to ensure viability via;
a. Site visit for route mapping, turning radius, up/down hill gradient and validation of logistics information
b. Identify and rectify route obstacles i.e. overhead bridges/wires, road culvert, road signs
c. Study on Marine (shoreline, landing jetty) & land assessment/requirement
d. Job site accessibility, port facilities and cargo/mechanical handling equipments reliability/availability
· Execute and monitor project cargo logistics deliverables from country of origin to final destination as per schedule/contract terms.
· Assist in the design of project cargo logistics solutions for the development of new projects/new locations requirements.
· Attend/supervise operational activities from handling, receiving, loading, transit, storage and delivery of cargoes up to transfer to custody point.
Requirements:
· Degree in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Chartered Institute Logistics Transport (CILT) or its equivalent.
· 3 - 5 years experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management business environment, preferably in Oil & Gas/Logistics Industry
· Knowledge in Chartering, Freighting, Project Cargo Operations, Warehousing & Distribution is an advantage
Executive, Project Logistics

Responsibilities:
· Plan, manage & execute project logistics activities comprises of ocean freighting, inland distribution, freight forwarding, warehousing services, tax exemption, custom clearance, heavy lift equipment handling and delivery of cargoes are conducted efficiently to ensure safe, on time delivery and in compliance to regulatory and customers’ requirements.
· Ensuring Project Logistics activities implementations are within the approved project plan, schedule & budget.
· Ensure all logistics operations activities comply with MILS Corporate HSE policy, guidelines and procedures to ensure safe service deliverables to customers.
· Develop good networking with customer, subcontractors, vendor and authorities with regular meeting & visits to facilitate seamless operations.
· Assist in the design of project cargo logistics solutions for the development of new projects/new locations requirements.
· Monitor, highlight and follow up on matters related to project procurement and propose mitigation plan.
Requirements:
· Degree in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Chartered Institute Logistics Transport (CILT) or its equivalent.
· 3 - 5 years experience in Logistics & Supply Chain Management business environment, preferably in Oil & Gas/Logistics Industry
· Knowledge in Chartering, Freighting, Project Cargo Operations, Warehousing & Distribution is an advantage
· Experience managing HSEQ in Logistics, Transportation & Supply Chain Management business environment preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
Sales Executive (Air Freight Division)

Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation - Responsible for the achievement of profitability target for Air Freight business and improve Company market share positioning.
- Market Intelligence - Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking and keeping abreast of the industry development for planning logistics solutions packages.
- Marketing & Promotion - Identify targeted customers requirements and develop sales plans to promote services offerings.
- Solicit and secure the business from existing clients by establishing good relationship & meeting the required conformities through frequent visits and calls.
- Winning Packages - Research and propose the best winning solutions packages to specific customers with the right price, meeting their requirements and as well as ensuring targeted contribution margin is achieved.
- Customer database - Compile and update nationwide consumer industry database, customer profile particularly air freight division to be used as references for marketing, sales & planning activities
- CRM/Networking - Initiate, develop and engage major existing and potential customers/authorities with regular meetings to strengthen and enhance operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Chartered Institute Logistics Transport (CILT) or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience of working within airfreight forwarding environment in a multi-national express logistics, freight forwarding and contract logistics companies.
- Strong sales background with sharp business acumen, proven track record in developing and securing new businesses with large customer accounts and effective people management experience.
